They were very responsive to my notes and needs, they were very welcoming. I liked the perfumes in the air of the hotel. The furniture is quite clean, new and well taken care of. I would like to thank especially Mr Muhammad Enaya and Mr Ramadan at the reception as they've always been kind, polite and very helpful. Also I would like to thank Mr Abdul Majeed at the cleaning section, who was also very kind and doing his job very well. I would like not to forget as well a very respectful person from the administration who contacted me at the phone of my room and helped me with a sensitive issue regarding my reservation but unfortunately I've forgotten his name so thanks to all the administration members.

Staying at this accommodation was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly receptionist Mohammad Enaya whose hospitality made a great first impression. The rest of the staff was equally kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection of traditional food that added a local touch to our mornings. The location is also excellent – right next to a shopping mall and a market, which is super convenient. The old town is about a 30-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable, clean accommodation with exceptional service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gloria hotel, and I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. Nassif was always incredibly helpful! They were always ready to assist with a cheerful attitude. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was better than i expected as it is 3 stars hotel, the lady in the counter was really friendly, staff were always helpful and always they ask me if i need anything else. Size of the room are fair enough, bed are very comfortable, rooms are totally clean. Breakfast it is very nice there are good options and delicious. Internet is always available with fast speed. Location is really great, few steps to Mecca Mall which one of the biggest and best Malls in he city, you can find everything you need there, the Hotel in Mecca street which everything is near from you, you won't need to take taxi or car always. I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and my experience is amazing. I will come to this Hotel again and again when i come back to Amman, i recommend this hotel to everyone.

A wonderful experience at the Gloria Hotel! My stay at the Gloria Hotel was exceptional in every way! Excellent service, superb cleanliness, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would like to thank the receptionist (Mohammed Enaya), who was extremely polite and professional. He greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome, which made the experience even more wonderful. I also thank the housekeeper, ( Abada), who was very kind. Thank you to the hotel team, and I will definitely be back!

I Like the room much, beside the cleanliness and staff were very helpful especially Mr. Nassif, he is really a nice and helpful man, with a smile always on his face. The location is also perfect, you do not need to take a taxi to get what you look for. Everything was perfect and whenever I travel to Jordan I will book at Gloria Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mohamad Enaya,he was extremely kind and respectful and helped us alot with many things. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Cleanliness was also well-maintained throughout the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!
